October 3, 2025 | By Annisa

CICAU—DT Peduli Bekasi collaborated with DKM Al Istiqomah PT Epson and Sukamahi Community Health Centre (Puskesmas Sukamahi) to implement the Advanced Nutrition Improvement Program in Cicau Village on Friday (3 October 2025).

The program was comprehensively designed to address growth and nutritional challenges among 20 infants and toddlers participating in the initiative. The activities included educational sessions led by midwives from Puskesmas Sukamahi, offering practical knowledge to parents on how to apply balanced nutrition concepts in daily life. The event concluded with the distribution of nutritious local food packages to the beneficiary families.

Arif Hidayat, Program Utilisation Staff of DT Peduli Bekasi, emphasized that the program reflects genuine concern for the nutritional well-being of children in Cicau Village.

“This collaboration is a tangible form of care from various elements of society and industry. Through this synergy between DKM Al Istiqomah, PT Epson, and Puskesmas Sukamahi, we hope the program not only provides temporary assistance but also increases parents’ awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition for their children’s future. We also hope this initiative can expand further through contributions from other sectors,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Puskesmas Sukamahi reaffirmed its commitment to continue providing health monitoring and guidance for the toddlers participating in the program.

This collaborative effort serves as a strong example of effective synergy between a philanthropic institution, a corporate mosque community, and a public health agency, working together to nurture a healthy and prosperous golden generation for Indonesia.

One of the beneficiary parents, Siti (32), expressed her gratitude for the program.

“We are very grateful for the nutrition education and food packages. Now I understand better how to prepare meals correctly based on the ‘My Plate’ concept. I hope my child and other children here can grow up healthy and smart,” she said with hope.
