AMMAN, JORDAN – As the sun slowly set over Sukhnah Camp, a silent witness to the struggle of Palestinian refugees at the Jordan-Palestine border on Monday (March 10, 2025), a sense of warmth and hope filled the air through the Ramadhan Peduli Negeri (RPN) program initiated by Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli.

Despite the hardships, the spirit of Ramadhan remained alive, bringing joy as 300 iftar meal packages were distributed to Palestinian refugees in the camp.

Smiles and gratitude radiated from the faces of those who had long endured the bitterness of being exiled from their homeland.

In the spirit of this blessed month, an additional 150 Eid gift packages were also distributed. These were more than just gifts—they symbolized love and care from their brothers and sisters in Indonesia.

The next day, Tuesday (March 11, 2025), the joy continued to grow. Another 300 iftar packages were delivered to refugees in Zoufah Camp, also located on the Jordan-Palestine border.

Alongside the meals, 300 Eid gift packages were shared, bringing happiness to refugees who had lost so much in life.

These packages were not merely material aid but a message of hope—that they are not forgotten, and there are hands reaching out in compassion.

Amid the trials they faced, the support from Indonesians through DT Peduli offered a breath of fresh air, strengthening their spirits and lightening their burdens.

Afya Ula, one of the beneficiaries, couldn’t hold back her tears.

“We are so happy for this aid. Help from our brothers and sisters in Indonesia, especially the community of Daarut Tauhiid Peduli, who always show care for us—those who have been driven from our land. May blessings always be upon the donors and the Daarut Tauhiid community in Indonesia. Aamiin,” she said with a heartfelt smile.

Omar Hassan, a refugee from the city of Ramallah, also shared his deep gratitude. For his family of nine, the Eid gift package meant a lot.

“It’s not enough, but Alhamdulillah. Thank you, O Allah, my Lord. Thank you also, Indonesia. Thank you so much to the leaders of Indonesia all the kind people who have helped, and to the Muslim community who provided this support. Aamiin Allahumma Aamiin. May Allah grant the best of rewards,” he expressed emotionally when asked if the package was sufficient for his family.
