This document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between DT Peduli and Donors, Zakat Givers (Muzakki), and Partners.

1. Definitions

• Donor: An individual or entity that contributes funds, goods, or services to DT Peduli.
• Muzakki: An individual or entity that pays zakat through DT Peduli.
• Partner: A third party that collaborates with DT Peduli in implementing social and humanitarian programs.

2. General Provisions

• All donations are allocated according to the designated programs and purposes.
• DT Peduli guarantees the trustworthy, transparent, and accountable management of zakat, infak (general charity), sadaqah (voluntary charity), and waqf (endowments).
• Donations made are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances and with the approval of DT Peduli.
• Donations must come from halal (lawful) sources, free from unlawful or unethical activities, including money laundering.

3. Donor/Muzakki Rights and Obligations

• Entitled to receive reports regarding the use of the donated funds.
• Required to provide accurate, true, and complete information when making a donation.
• Responsible for the authenticity and legality of the donated funds.

4. How to Donate

Donations can be made through various payment channels, including:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit card
• Digital payment services on the official website: dtpeduli.com

Donors are required to follow the donation procedures to ensure accurate recording.

5. Fund Utilization and Amil (Administrative) Fees

Funds collected will be used for priority programs such as:

• Education
• Healthcare
• Economic empowerment
• Emergency response
• Other social programs

Operational costs (ujrah amil) are used to support fundraising, fund management, distribution, reporting, and donor services, with the following limits:

• Up to 12.5% of total zakat funds (including restricted zakat)
• Up to 20% of total infak/sadaqah funds (general and designated)

Operational fund management adheres to:

• Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management
• Ministerial Decree No. 606 of 2020
• Fatwa of the National Sharia Council – MUI No. 8 of 2011

6. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

DT Peduli is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection

Data may be used for:

• Donation administration
• Program-related communication
• Delivery of reports and campaign information

Personal data will not be disclosed without written consent from the data owner.

7. Donor’s Declaration of Consent

By making a donation, I declare that:

• The funds come from halal sources and are not related to illegal or unethical activities.
• The funds are fully owned by me, either personally or institutionally.

For zakat donations, I confirm that:

• My wealth has met the nishab and haul requirements.
• The funds come from assets that are obligated to be zakated according to Islamic law.

I also agree that:

• DT Peduli may store and process my data for donation services.
• DT Peduli may contact me with program updates, reports, and campaign information via official channels.
• DT Peduli is entitled to use a portion of the donation for ujrah amil in accordance with applicable laws and fatwas.

8. Cookie Policy

By using this website, I consent to the use of cookies for the purposes of:
