Strengthening Character and Commitment of Scholarship Recipients, DT Peduli West Java, and LPM SSG DT Organize Basic Training Camp

BANDUNG – DT Peduli West Java, in collaboration with LPM SSG DT, held a Basic Education and Training Camp (Diklatsar) for 26 university scholarship recipients from five service offices across West Java: Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Kuningan, Sukabumi, and Cianjur. The program took place over three days, from Tuesday (12/8/2025) to Thursday (14/8/2025), in the Cijanggel area of Lembang.

The training aimed to unify vision, strengthen character, and equip participants with essential soft skills such as leadership, time management, and DT cultural values. It also served as a step toward standardizing the scholarship development curriculum while fostering stronger cross-regional collaboration.

Participants engaged in various activities, including personal breakthrough exercises, leadership training, and strengthening of Tawheed values. The natural setting further enhanced the reflective and spiritual aspects of the camp.

“This program is truly meaningful; it trains independence, sensitivity, and deepens our conviction in Allah’s help,” said one participant.

The Diklatsar is expected to mark the beginning of a solid developmental journey for the students, preparing them to become agents of change who can maximize the impact of zakat for society.
