CIANJUR, Indonesia — DT Peduli Cianjur, in collaboration with students from Universitas Suryakancana’s Community Service Program (KKN), organized a charity event for orphans and underprivileged children in Sukamaju Village on Wednesday (20 August 2025). The event, titled “Spreading Smiles for Orphans and the Underprivileged,” was attended by 30 children who joined with great enthusiasm.
Held at the Sukamaju Village Hall, the initiative aimed to bring joy and ease the burdens of children facing difficult circumstances. Each participant received school supplies, nutritious food, and gift packages.
“We are deeply grateful to DT Peduli donors who have provided this support for the children here. We can only return this kindness with prayers—may every donor be blessed with health, and may every step and every activity of theirs bring goodness,” expressed Ahmad, a local community leader, with heartfelt gratitude.
This activity reflects a strong collaboration between a social institution and university students, working hand in hand to create positive change in society. DT Peduli Cianjur hopes such initiatives will continue to thrive, leaving a lasting impact on the community, especially for children in need of care and compassion.
