Spreading Kindness on a Blessed Friday, DT Peduli Distributes 337 Meal Packages to Six Islamic Boarding Schools and Quran Learning Centers

BOGOR – DT Peduli once again held its Jumat Berkah (Blessed Friday) program by distributing 337 meal packages to students and teachers at six Quranic education institutions in Bogor on Friday (22 August 2025). The hundreds of meal boxes were shared as a gesture of care and support for the guardians of the Quran.

This initiative reached several institutions: Rumah Tahfidz Quran DT Peduli, Pondok Pesantren Hiswah, Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Assyifa, Pondok Pesantren Asy Syifa Assalafiyah, Pondok Pesantren Al Fatih, and Rumah Quran Fatimah Azzahra. DT Peduli’s volunteer team personally delivered the packages to each location, where they were warmly received with gratitude and joy.

“Alhamdulillah, these are not just meal boxes, but also a sign of love and attention from the donors to the students. May this become an ongoing charity that continues to bring blessings,” said one of the Islamic boarding school caretakers.

The Jumat Berkah program is a regular initiative of DT Peduli aimed at sharing ready-to-eat meals with those in need, especially on Fridays—a day full of blessings in Islamic tradition. It also serves as a means to strengthen the bond between social organizations, educational institutions, and the wider community.
