PEKANBARU, INDONESIA – A heartwarming scene of joy and gratitude unfolded during the “Shopping & Joyful Trip with Orphans and the Underprivileged” program, held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Ramayana Panam Square, Pekanbaru. This impactful collaboration between PT Pegadaian Syariah Subrantas Branch and DT Peduli Riau brought moments of happiness, education, and compassion to dozens of children in need.
The event began with an opening session and an introduction to the values and services of PT Pegadaian Syariah Subrantas. The presentation aimed to instill knowledge of Islamic financial principles while fostering care for the participants.
Following the introduction, the orphans and underprivileged children were invited to shop for personal necessities at Ramayana. They were given the freedom to choose their favorite items—bringing visible joy and bright smiles throughout the shopping area.
The event continued with a play session at Timezone, providing the children with fun games and memorable recreational activities as part of a meaningful and enjoyable experience.
