Meat Charity for Myanmar: A Proof That Compassion Knows No Borders
MYANMAR – In the spirit of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, DT Peduli once again demonstrated its commitment to spreading blessings beyond national borders. Through the International Meat Charity program, generous Qurban donations from Indonesians reached vulnerable families in Myanmar.
On Saturday, June 7, 2025, 600 families in Kanywar and Tokyan, Mandalay received fresh Qurban meat, a vital source of nourishment amidst their hardships. This humanitarian gesture is a powerful reminder that compassion transcends distance, culture, and geography.
“This year’s Qurban is not only an act of worship but also an act of global solidarity. Every parcel of meat received brought new hope and dignity to families struggling to survive,” said a DT Peduli field representative.
As many as 10 cows were sacrificed, with the meat distributed evenly to ensure every family received their fair share. For many recipients, it was a rare opportunity to enjoy nutritious meat—something they often go without.
DT Peduli extends its heartfelt gratitude to all donors who entrusted their Qurban through the International Meat Charity program. Your generous support has been delivered safely and meaningfully to those who need it most.
“May Allah reward your kindness with multiplied blessings, abundant sustenance, and continued barakah for you and your family,” said the DT Peduli team.
This initiative highlights how the spirit of Eid al-Adha can unite hearts across nations. DT Peduli invites the global Muslim community to continue expanding the reach of Qurban—transforming this sacred moment into a beacon of hope for those in need.
Let’s keep the kindness going. Never stop caring.
