BANDUNG – DT Peduli extended assistance to Edy, a beneficiary stranded in Bandung, through its Ibnu Sabil Program on Thursday (September 18, 2025). The program is designed to support travelers who face difficulties while on their journey.
Edy, who was in Bandung, did not have enough money to return to Malang, where his wife is currently undergoing medical treatment. Moved by his situation, DT Peduli stepped in to help.
Accompanied by two volunteers, Edy was escorted to Cicaheum Terminal. DT Peduli provided him with a bus ticket to Malang as well as pocket money to cover his needs during the trip. This support was intended to strengthen Edy’s spirit so he could reunite with his wife as soon as possible.
With tears of gratitude, Edy expressed:
“Thank you to DT Peduli. May Allah reward this kindness many times over. This assistance means so much to me, enabling me to return home and be by my sick wife’s side. May Allah always grant health and blessings to the donors and volunteers.”
Through this program, DT Peduli hopes to continue strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and spreading compassion, especially to those who encounter hardship while traveling.
