PADANG PARIAMAN – DT Peduli, in collaboration with Hisana Fried Chicken, distributed 200 ready-to-eat meal packages to residents of Nagari Seulayat, Uluakan District, Padang Pariaman, who were affected by severe flooding and had been isolated for two full days, on Monday (1 December 2025).
Floodwaters submerged several homes, leaving residents unable to cook, while the main access road to the area was completely cut off. Distributing ready-to-eat meals became a priority to ensure residents continued to receive adequate nutrition during the emergency.
Fabyan Andara, Head of the DT Peduli West Sumatra Representative Office, was present on-site to oversee the distribution.
“I am currently in Nagari Seulayat Uluakan. Alhamdulillah, we have brought 200 meal packages from Hisana. We hope this can help our brothers and sisters here who have been affected by the flooding and whose access was cut off for two days,” he said.
Hisana and DT Peduli ensured that all meal packages were distributed fairly to the most affected families—particularly households with young children, elderly family members, and homes that could no longer function as kitchens.
In addition to the food distribution, the DT Peduli team also conducted further assessments to prepare for more comprehensive post-flood recovery support.
