BEKASI – DT Peduli officially established a partnership with Gumolong Farm through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS), held at the Hisana Office, Miraj 55:60 Building, Bekasi, on Thursday (23 October 2025).
The signing was carried out by H. Tatang Suharta, representing Gumolong Farm, and Jajang Nurjaman, Director of DT Peduli.
The event was also attended by H. Basarul Asana, Chairman of DT Peduli Foundation, and Muchamat Zusuf, Head of DT Peduli West Java Representative Office.
This collaboration is part of the Ummah Economic Empowerment Program, focusing on the development of Productive Livestock Programs and Santripreneur Initiatives.
The initiative combines zakat-based economic empowerment with entrepreneurial character development for santri (students at Islamic boarding schools) and mustahik (zakat beneficiaries).
DT Peduli Director Jajang Nurjaman expressed hope that this program will create new business opportunities, improve community welfare, and strengthen a competitive, ummah-based economic ecosystem.
“We hope this collaboration becomes a continuous act of charity (amal salih). May it open pathways to productive enterprises and uplift the welfare of mustahik,” Jajang said in his address.
Through this partnership, Gumolong Farm and DT Peduli are committed to presenting an inspiring empowerment model, ensuring that every rupiah of zakat and every act of collaboration grows into widespread blessings and social impact.
Meanwhile, H. Tatang Suharta, representing Gumolong Farm, conveyed his optimism regarding the partnership.
“This synergy with DT Peduli is not merely about livestock collaboration — it’s about building a sustainable ecosystem of goodness. We want to make a real contribution to empowering the ummah’s economy,” he remarked.
