BARITO KUALA – DT Peduli South Kalimantan inaugurated the first phase of renovations for the home of Jamsah, affectionately known as Acil Jamsah, in Barito Kuala on Friday (12 September 2025). This program reflects DT Peduli’s strong commitment to providing decent housing for underprivileged families.
Nordiansyah, Head of DT Peduli South Kalimantan, expressed his gratitude and encouraged the community to continue supporting the initiative:
“Alhamdulillah, today we had the opportunity to deliver the first phase of renovations for Acil Jamsah’s house. At this point, only about 30% has been completed, which means around 70% still needs to be realized so that Jamsah and his family can live comfortably and happily,” he said.
He mentioned that approximately IDR 20 million (USD ~1,200) is still needed to complete the renovation:
“Thank you to all donors who have contributed. May Allah reward you with the best of blessings,” he added.
Halizah, Jamsah’s sister-in-law, also expressed her heartfelt gratitude:
“I, Halizah, sister-in-law of Acil Jamsah, would like to extend my deepest thanks to DT Peduli and donors across Indonesia who have helped with this renovation. May Allah reward your kindness with multiplied blessings,” she said emotionally.
The inauguration of this first phase stands as tangible proof of DT Peduli South Kalimantan’s dedication to delivering social programs with direct impact on the community, especially in the field of humanitarian support.
