BATAM — DT Peduli Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) once again carried out its Friday Blessings program by distributing meal packages to students of a local Qur’an memorization school (Rumah Tahfidz Qur’an) in Batam on Friday (31 October 2025).
The program, organized in collaboration with Embun Pagi Restaurant, aims to spread joy and cultivate a spirit of generosity within the community.
The DT Peduli Kepri program team personally delivered the meal packages, which were warmly received by the young Qur’an students. Smiles and excitement lit up their faces as they received the food.
Ustadz Taufiq, the accompanying teacher at the Qur’an school, expressed his heartfelt gratitude:
“We are truly thankful to DT Peduli Kepri and the donors for their kindness. Your generosity means a lot to us. May Allah reward you with abundant blessings and sustenance, Aamiin ya rabbal’alamin,” he said.
Anang, Program Manager of DT Peduli Kepri, explained that the Friday Blessings initiative is a way to strengthen community bonds and nurture social compassion.
“Through this program, we invite everyone to make Friday a day of giving and spreading goodness. Every act of charity carries a smile and sincere prayer from those who receive it,” he added.
DT Peduli Kepri hopes this ongoing program will continue to grow and reach more beneficiaries across the Riau Islands.
