YOGYAKARTA – DT Peduli Yogyakarta held a mentoring session for the Outstanding Student Scholarship Program at Sabilissalam Mosque, Puser Hamlet, on Friday (5 September 2025). The event brought together scholarship recipients, their parents, and guardians to ensure collaborative support in the students’ development.
The mentoring focused on evaluating both academic and non-academic progress. Based on evaluation forms, many scholarship recipients showed noticeable improvement in their learning achievements.
Maryanah, the parent of Difa and Zidan, expressed her gratitude:
“I am very thankful to DT Peduli Yogyakarta. This program has motivated my children to study harder, and we as parents feel supported—not only in academics but also in guiding their character,” she said.
Similarly, Srikhatun, the parent of Pandu, Fahri, and Salsa, shared that the scholarship eased their financial burden and allowed her children to focus better on their studies.
“This scholarship has been a huge help for us. It has lightened the financial load, enabling the children to concentrate more on their studies while giving us peace of mind as parents,” Srikhatun explained.
DT Peduli Yogyakarta emphasized that the scholarship goes beyond covering school expenses—it is about building discipline, character, and strong values.
“We want to ensure that scholarship recipients receive holistic support. This program is not only about tuition fees but also about nurturing discipline, character, and morals. That is the true essence of the Outstanding Student Scholarship Program,” the team affirmed.
