MALANG – DT Peduli Malang carried out a Fidyah Distribution Program to help meet the daily food needs of underprivileged elderly residents. The activity took place in Bedali Village, Lawang Subdistrict, Malang Regency, on Wednesday (29 October 2025), reaching five elderly beneficiaries.
This fidyah assistance is especially meaningful for elderly individuals who live alone and have no family support.
One of the beneficiaries, Mbah Sarti, expressed her gratitude with teary eyes.
“Thank you so much, nduk… this really helps me get by. May Allah reward all your kindness,” she said emotionally in Javanese.
Through this program, DT Peduli hopes to continue serving as a pathway of kindness for vulnerable communities. With continuous support from donors, DT Peduli remains committed to expanding its reach so that more elderly and low-income families can receive the assistance they urgently need.
