JAKARTA, INDONESIA – On Saturday, July 5, 2025, DT Peduli Jakarta organized a special Muharram Orphan Care event as part of its ongoing humanitarian mission. The activity focused on distributing support packages to orphans, serving as a heartfelt expression of care and compassion for those in need.
Held at TK Babussalam Kwitang, under the umbrella of Yayasan Bhakti Bunda Sejahtera, the event welcomed 50 orphaned children from the surrounding neighborhood. The atmosphere was warm and joyful, filling the venue with bright smiles and a sense of community.
The distributed donations were aimed at helping ease the daily burdens of these children, while also uplifting their spirits during the sacred month of Muharram, a time deeply rooted in Islamic tradition and values. In addition to the material support, the program featured a group prayer session and a motivational talk, fostering hope, confidence, and emotional encouragement for all participants.
Ade Milyanti, the event coordinator, shared her heartfelt reflections:
“Alhamdulillah, this program is a sincere form of our concern for the orphans in our local community. May the smiles we saw today become a source of eternal blessings for all our donors,” she said.
