PALEMBANG — DT Peduli South Sumatra, in collaboration with BI Religi, distributed 40 copies of the Qur’an to TPA Al Hidayah and YPI Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School in Pangkalan Lampam Village, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency, on Tuesday (14 October 2025).
This initiative reflects the commitment of DT Peduli South Sumatra and BI Religi to support Qur’anic literacy among students, strengthening their enthusiasm for learning and living by the teachings of the Qur’an.
Through this collaboration, both organizations aim to empower young generations in rural areas who are passionate about Qur’anic learning — nurturing a generation of morally upright and knowledgeable youth grounded in Islamic values.
Sulhiyah, a Qur’an teacher at TPA Al Hidayah, expressed her gratitude for the support and care shown by BI Religi and DT Peduli South Sumatra, noting how valuable the assistance is for her students.
“Thank you so much for the Qur’an donation. These copies are truly beneficial for our students and serve as motivation for them to remain steadfast in studying the Qur’an. We deeply appreciate Bank Indonesia and DT Peduli South Sumatra for their generosity,” she said.
