DT Peduli, PT Paragon, and AC-CALLS Join Forces to Train Future Professional AC Technicians through PARADAYA MOVEMENT

DEPOK — DT Peduli, PT Paragon, and AC-CALLS have collaborated to organize an air conditioner (AC) technician training program under the PARADAYA MOVEMENT, a human resource empowerment initiative aimed at enhancing skills and expanding employment opportunities for aspiring AC technicians from underprivileged backgrounds. The training took place over eight days, from December 9 to 16, 2025.

The Head of DT Peduli’s Jakarta Representative Office, Deny Rizky Setiawan, stated that the program was designed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to prepare them for the increasingly complex demands of the industry.

“This training aims to improve the technical skills of AC technicians and provide them with opportunities to face the growing challenges of the industry, with the hope that they can be absorbed into the workforce,” he explained.

The training was conducted at the AC-CALLS Warehouse in Depok, featuring intensive materials covering the latest AC technologies, maintenance techniques, and effective repair practices. The program is considered highly relevant given the rapid advancement of cooling technologies and the rising demand for competent and professional AC technicians.

Through the PARADAYA MOVEMENT, an initiative designed by PT Paragon, DT Peduli hopes this collaboration will generate broader and more meaningful impact for the future of aspiring technicians, empowering them with sustainable skills and pathways to employment.
