BOGOR — As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, DT Peduli distributed a range of emergency assistance in Bogor City and Regency on Friday (29 August 2025). The aid covered education, healthcare, economic support, and daily necessities—delivered selectively to families most in need.
This initiative was designed to respond to urgent cases that could not be addressed through regular programs. Each step began with a field assessment by DT Peduli volunteers, followed by tailored support according to each beneficiary’s needs.
One recipient was Hasanudin, the father of Keynar, a 12th-grade student at SMK Aqsyar. With no stable employment, Hasanudin only works occasionally by helping bathe and prepare the deceased for burial, while his wife sells homemade cakes on order.
“We are truly grateful for the educational support from DT Peduli. May our daughter continue her studies and achieve her dreams. Thank you to all the donors,” Hasanudin expressed.
Another student, Ibnu Jabal, whose father works as a driver with irregular income, also received educational assistance to help ease his family’s burden.
DT Peduli additionally provided healthcare support to three children—Farisya, Agus, and Sarah. Sarah, aged seven, suffers from hydrocephalus, a serious condition that causes fluid buildup in the brain. She is cared for by her grandmother and father, who works as a low-income sanitation worker after her mother abandoned the family.
Several families, including those of Nana, Jajang, and Agus, received economic assistance in the form of daily living support and small business capital to help them build sustainable livelihoods.
DT Peduli expressed deep appreciation to donors for entrusting their contributions, emphasizing that collective compassion is the driving force behind real and lasting change.
“We want to ensure that no one feels alone in their struggles. By working together with donors, we can bring hope into homes facing hardship,” said one volunteer.
As a humanitarian organization, DT Peduli remains committed to being present on the ground, reaching those in need, and serving as part of the solution to life’s many challenges.
