DT Peduli Distributes Aid for Flood Victims in Six Villages of Ranca Bungur District
BOGOR – In response to the floods that struck Ranca Bungur District, Bogor Regency, on Wednesday (20 August 2025), DT Peduli coordinated directly with the local district authorities to ensure that the distribution of aid was effective and well-targeted.
The assistance prepared included essential food items such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, egg noodles, flour, and salt, as well as school supplies including stationery, books, bags, and other educational materials. This aid is being distributed in stages to residents in the worst-affected areas.
The Ranca Bungur District authorities welcomed DT Peduli’s efforts. During the coordination meeting, DT Peduli’s team and district representatives discussed distribution points, beneficiary data collection, and strategies to ensure the timely delivery of assistance to those most in need.
On Thursday (21 August 2025), DT Peduli distributed humanitarian aid to six villages in Ranca Bungur District: Bantarjaya, Bantarsari, Candali, Mekarsari, Pasirgaok, and Cimulang.
The aid packages consisted of food staples and school supplies, aimed at easing the burden on flood-affected families while supporting children’s educational needs in the aftermath of the disaster.
In Bantarsari Village, the aid was received directly by Village Head Lukman Hakim and Police Inspector Aziz Hidayat. On the occasion, Lukman expressed gratitude and appreciation for the assistance that had been provided since the first day of the disaster.
“We sincerely thank DT Peduli. From the very first day, they helped us clean up the flood-affected areas. Today, we again received food packages and school supplies. May Allah SWT bless DT Peduli and ease all its endeavours,” he said.
The aid distribution was carried out directly in each village, involving volunteer teams, local authorities, and community leaders to ensure it reached the right beneficiaries.
DT Peduli reaffirmed its commitment to always being present in times of emergency and recovery, serving as a partner to communities in rebuilding lives after disasters.
