DT Peduli Bogor Provides Relief for Flood-Affected Residents in Cimulang

BOGOR – DT Peduli Bogor distributed its first phase of emergency assistance to flood victims in Kampung Cibarengkok, Cimulang Village, Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency, on Friday (15/8/2025). 52 food packages were delivered directly to families impacted by the flood that struck the area on Saturday (9/8/2025).

The flooding was triggered by prolonged heavy rainfall, submerging several areas in Bogor, including Kampung Cibarengkok. The disaster damaged nearly all household belongings—mattresses, school books, clothing, kitchenware, and even electronic devices.

One of the affected residents, Mrs. Nurjanah, expressed her gratitude to DT Peduli and the donors:

“I sincerely thank DT Peduli for their care and assistance. May Allah reward the donors with abundant blessings, and may such floods not happen again in the future,” she said.

Before distributing the food aid, DT Peduli Bogor volunteers also assisted residents in cleaning homes, mosques, and schools affected by the flood. The team brought cleaning equipment and water pumps to accelerate the post-disaster recovery process.

This initiative reflects DT Peduli’s strong commitment to rapid disaster response and its role as a bridge of compassion between donors and communities in need.
