DT Peduli Bekasi Distributes 20 Fidyah Food Packages to Residents of Harapan Jaya

BEKASI — DT Peduli Bekasi continued its commitment to supporting local communities by distributing 20 Fidyah food packages to residents of RW 023, Harapan Jaya Subdistrict, on Wednesday (26 November 2025).

The program aims to ease the food burden of low-income families through the distribution of Fidyah funds collected by DT Peduli Bekasi. The initiative serves as both a form of social care and a collaborative effort among various stakeholders to expand benefits for those in need.

The activity was attended by staff from DT Peduli Bekasi, representatives from Seroja Health Center Bekasi, and Susilawati, Head of RW 023 Harapan Jaya, who expressed her appreciation for the collaboration.

“We are very grateful for this Fidyah food assistance. It has been a great help to our residents, and we truly appreciate this meaningful collaboration,” said Susilawati.

The food packages, which were distributed as a conversion of Fidyah funds, included rice, shredded meat, and milk to help support daily nutritional needs.

Arif Hidayat, Program Staff of DT Peduli Bekasi, stated that the assistance is expected to provide direct benefits to the community.

“We hope this assistance not only eases the burden on families but also brings blessings to both the recipients and the Fidyah donors. The cooperation with the RW leadership and Seroja Health Center has greatly helped us deliver this support effectively,” he said.

DT Peduli Bekasi remains committed to expanding the reach of its social programs and continuing to provide meaningful assistance to communities in need.
