BANDUNG – DT Peduli Bandung, in collaboration with the Durratul Ilmi Foundation, conducted a site assessment for the proposed bore well location in Cimahi Tengah Subdistrict, Cimahi City, on Monday (20 October 2025).
This activity marks the initial step in planning the Bore Well Program, a partnership initiative with the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH). The objective is to ensure that the selected location is feasible and genuinely meets the needs of local residents who continue to experience limited access to clean water.
The DT Peduli and Durratul Ilmi Foundation teams carried out on-site inspections to examine soil conditions, water sources, and proximity to residential areas. They also coordinated with local government representatives and community leaders to gather accurate data regarding the number of potential beneficiaries and the overall demand for clean water in the area.
The BPKH Bore Well Program represents a tangible form of collaboration aimed at improving community welfare, particularly in addressing essential needs such as access to clean water. As a social organisation, DT Peduli plays an active role in ensuring that every stage of the program runs effectively and delivers sustainable benefits for its beneficiaries.
Community representatives from Cimahi Tengah expressed their gratitude for the attention and assistance provided, hoping that the program would be implemented soon so that residents would no longer struggle to access clean water, especially during the dry season.
