SERANG – A spirit of generosity and kindness radiated during the distribution of Qur’ans and Iqra books at Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Nurul Iman, located in Kampung Cidadap, Curug, Serang City, on Tuesday (July 29, 2025). The event was the result of a collaboration between DT Peduli and students from Universitas Bina Bangsa (UNIBA) Serang, who were participating in their Community Service Program (KKM).
The students of TPQ Nurul Iman welcomed the visiting group with enthusiasm. Dozens of Qur’ans and Iqra books were handed over symbolically to student representatives, which will be used as essential learning resources.
Cahyarani, Head of the UNIBA KKM team, stated that this activity was part of their community service initiative.
“We hope that with these Qur’ans and Iqra books, the teaching and learning process at TPQ Nurul Iman will run more smoothly. May the students be even more motivated to pursue their religious studies,” she said.
M. Fardan Fauzi, representing DT Peduli, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to supporting religious education in remote areas.
“This synergy with UNIBA’s KKM students is very positive. We see that TPQ Nurul Iman has an extraordinary spirit, and we felt moved to provide our support,” he stated.
Ustadz Wahyu, Head of TPQ Nurul Iman, expressed his deepest gratitude.
“This assistance means a lot to us and our students. May Allah reward all the kindness shown by DT Peduli and the donors. These new Qur’ans and Iqra books will inspire the children to be more diligent in their recitation,” he said.
The event concluded with a joint prayer led by Ustadz Wahyu. This distribution served as a tangible example that collaboration between philanthropic organizations and academic institutions can bring significant positive impacts to the community.
