MAKASSAR – DT Peduli South Sulawesi (Sulsel) and Four Points by Sheraton Makassar continue to work in synergy through the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) to combat stunting. The program targets children in Banta-Bantaeng Subdistrict, which is part of the hotel’s primary community engagement zone.
As of Monday (11 August 2025), the PMT program has reached its 166th day, benefiting 10 children aged 3 to 7 years with nutritious meals tailored to support their healthy growth and development.
Eda, one of the PMT coordinators, expressed her gratitude:
“We are truly thankful because DT Peduli has been present and genuinely attentive to the nutritional needs of our children,” she said.
Appreciation also came from Zulfa, a representative of the Makassar City BKKBN. She commended DT Peduli as a philanthropic organisation capable of delivering impactful humanitarian and health programs for the community.
This collaboration is expected to serve as a model for partnerships between social organisations, the private sector, and government agencies in reducing stunting rates and ensuring children receive their full rights to optimal growth and development.
