BANDA ACEH – DT Peduli Aceh has extended medical assistance to Ricky Arabi, a 33-year-old man living with a congenital heart condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). The aid was delivered at Ricky’s home in Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh, on Wednesday (17 September 2025).
The assistance, provided in the form of financial support, aims to help meet Ricky’s daily needs during his treatment and the surgery he is scheduled to undergo in Jakarta.
“This heart condition I’ve had since birth usually only allows people to survive until around 20 years of age. Alhamdulillah, Allah has granted me more years of life up to this point,” Ricky shared with deep gratitude.
Ricky lives with his wife, their 3-year-old son, and his beloved mother. Riyan, from the DT Peduli Aceh program team, explained that the assistance was a trust from generous donors.
“Even though the amount may not be much, in shaa Allah, it can benefit Ricky and his family. We also pray for his recovery,” Riyan said.
Expressing his appreciation, Ricky added:
“I sincerely thank DT Peduli, the entire team, and the donors who have provided this support. May Allah always grant ease and abundant blessings to all of you.”
