ACEH BESAR – The Jumat Berbagi (Friday Sharing) program initiated by DT Peduli Aceh was once again carried out on Friday (18 July 2025). This time, DT Peduli distributed fresh food and beverages to Friday prayer worshippers at Al-Hidayah Mosque, Meusara Agung, Gue Gajah, Aceh Besar.
The activity was a collaboration between DT Peduli Aceh and the mosque’s management. As a trust from donors, the program delivered various fresh meals and drinks contributed by those who wished to spread kindness on Friday.
“This is part of our effort to serve as a bridge of goodness between donors and beneficiaries (mustahik). Good intentions should be fulfilled immediately, especially on such a noble day as Friday. We hope this becomes a continuous charity (amal jariah) for all involved,” said a DT Peduli Aceh representative.
The Jumat Berbagi program has become a weekly routine for DT Peduli Aceh, targeting various mosques in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar alternately. In addition to fulfilling donor mandates, the initiative also aims to strengthen social bonds and raise awareness for mutual care.
This week, Al-Hidayah Mosque in Meusara Agung was among the selected mosques. Worshippers welcomed the program with enthusiasm and gratitude, noting that the assistance was highly beneficial, especially for those in need.
DT Peduli Aceh hopes such activities will continue and inspire more people to take part in similar social actions.
