METRO – DT Peduli Metro once again carried out its regular “Aku Cinta Masjid” (I Love the Mosque) program, centred at Al Hidayah Mosque, Metro City, on Thursday (23 November 2025).
With sincerity and enthusiasm, volunteers cleaned every corner of the mosque — from the bathrooms and ablution areas to the prayer hall and surrounding yard — to create a cleaner and more comfortable environment for worshippers.
This activity is a tangible expression of DT Peduli Metro’s care and devotion towards the house of Allah. Aris, Head of DT Peduli Metro Service Office, explained the purpose of the initiative.
“The ‘Aku Cinta Masjid’ program is something we regularly conduct as a form of service to the community and an expression of our love for the mosque. We want to ensure mosques remain clean, comfortable, and able to foster a stronger spirit of worship,” said Aris.
Through this cleaning movement, DT Peduli Metro aims to instil the value of loving and caring for mosques among its volunteers while also encouraging the wider community to take part in maintaining and enlivening mosques within their neighbourhoods.
