LUBUKLINGGAU — A heartfelt moment unfolded at the Daarut Tauhiid Lubuklinggau Mosque as eight students from the Daarut Tauhiid Qur’an School celebrated their graduation after completing the memorisation of all 30 chapters (Juz) of the Holy Qur’an on Friday, 17 October 2025.
The ceremony was attended by proud parents, teachers, donors, and fellow students. Over the course of one year, the students lived in a special Qur’an memorisation dormitory under the dedicated guidance of Ustadzah Leha and Ustadzah Marwah, following a disciplined karantina (immersion) program designed to strengthen both memorisation and character.
Andian Pradita, Head of DT Peduli Lubuklinggau Service Office, expressed gratitude and admiration for the students’ remarkable achievement.
“Alhamdulillah, our students have successfully completed their memorisation. May this knowledge become a source of blessing and goodness for themselves, their families, and the community,” he said.
The graduation was not only a proud milestone for the students but also a touching reminder of the collective support from teachers, parents, and donors who made the program possible. During the year-long immersion, the students followed a rigorous daily schedule filled with Qur’an recitation, memorisation reviews (murojaah), and lessons in discipline and Islamic ethics.
One of the graduates, Fadilah, shared her emotions with tears of gratitude.
“Alhamdulillah, we finally reached this point. Memorising 30 Juz was not easy, but through Allah’s will, our parents’ prayers, and the constant support from our teachers and donors, we made it to the end. Thank you, DT Peduli, and thank you to everyone who supported us.”
Her words reflected the deep perseverance and faith that carried the students through physical and emotional challenges — from exhaustion to homesickness — all in pursuit of becoming true Hafidzah of the Qur’an.
Representing the donors, Bunda Sudarsih expressed her joy and admiration.
“I witnessed their journey myself — such incredible dedication. It’s an honour to be part of this mission. Every letter they recite brings blessings that flow to all who supported them,” she said emotionally.
Through programs like this, DT Peduli Lubuklinggau continues to empower the next generation of Qur’an guardians — nurturing not only their memorisation skills but also their discipline, humility, and spiritual resilience.
