SEMARANG – DT Peduli Central Java shared compassion through the distribution of fidyah and food aid to orphans and underprivileged children at Roudhotul Anwar Orphanage, Gunung Pati, Semarang City, on Monday (25 August 2025).
The DT Peduli Central Java team was warmly welcomed by the orphanage administrators and students. Joyful smiles and gratitude radiated from the faces of the orphaned children who received the assistance. Masrohan, administrator of Roudhotul Anwar, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to DT Peduli and its donors.
“On behalf of the administrators and students of Roudhotul Anwar, I am very happy with the visit from DT Peduli Central Java. I hope this will not be the first and last meeting,” he said with hope.
Siti Mahmudah, Program Manager of DT Peduli Central Java, explained that the program was a mandate from donors to distribute fidyah and food packages.
“Alhamdulillah, today we were allowed to visit and deliver the donors’ trust in the form of fidyah. Allah guided us here to Roudhotul Anwar, and surely this will bring much goodness,” she shared.
The aid provided included 52 iftar meal packages, 50 kg of rice, a crate of eggs, 18 litres of cooking oil, and three boxes of instant noodles—all prepared to support the daily food needs of the students.
The event concluded with a prayer led by the orphanage’s administrators. In the prayer, they hoped that donors would always be granted good health, abundant sustenance, and ease in all affairs. May the seeds of kindness planted today bear lasting fruits in the future.
