MEDAN – The DT Peduli Central Team officially arrived at the Medan Command Post today to carry out rapid response efforts following the recent disaster conditions affecting the region. The team brought a range of emergency response equipment to support evacuation efforts and on-the-ground humanitarian operations.
In addition to operational gear, the team has scheduled the distribution of 100 aid packages from YBM to affected residents in the Medan Belawan area. The assistance aims to ease the burden of communities currently facing difficult circumstances.
A representative of DT Peduli stated that their presence reflects the organization’s commitment to providing swift, accurate, and sustained assistance to those in need. The aid distribution will be carried out in coordination with local volunteers and relevant authorities.
As of this report, preparations for distribution are underway and are expected to take place later today.
